Conference Logistics

We will be simulating the conference in the Dining Hall of RCC’s campus, in the Bradshaw Building.

For reference, the conference schedule and itinerary will be able to be found here, and the ‘GA Hub’, ‘UNESCO Hub’ and the ‘SC Hub’ will be able to be accessed under Conference HUBS. Parking & Registration

We are pleased to inform you that parking fees will be waived for all IECMUN attendees. Waived parking will apply only within the campus Parking Structure for the duration of the conference, in the white spaces. Do not park in the yellow spaces, which are reserved for RCC Staff.

The parking garage is located at 3601-3799 Terracine Dr, Riverside, CA 92506. See the Campus Map for more information. Faculty and students should head toward Terracine Drive off of Magnolia Avenue to access the structure. This waiver is valid only for March 14th during conference hours.

Registration begins at — in the foyer (front) of the Bradshaw building. You will receive your placards, notepads, and your Delegation’s Conference packet. You may pay fees the day of via cash, check, Venmo or Zelle. If you require an alternative form of payment or receipt, please let us know.

  • 8:30am – 9:00am | Registration
  • 9:00am – 9:30am | Opening Ceremony
  • 9:30am-12:30pm | Committee Session I
  • 12:30pm-1:30pm | Lunch (approximate time)
  • 1:30pm-4:30pm | Committee Session II
  • 4:45pm-5:10pm | Closing Ceremony
